Thomas Auvray Named Managing Director of Orion in France
Levallois Perret, July 11, 2013 – Orion, which is part of IPG Mediabrands, announced today that Thomas Auvray has been named Managing Director of its French office. Since joining Orion last September as Sales Director, Auvray has been leading the development of the company’s French office, which is a high priority market. He will manage a team of 10 people in France and report to Tom Telesco, President of Orion Trading Worldwide.

A graduate of l’ESPEME Lille, Auvray began his career in 1996 as Client Services Manager at Acxiom, formerly Claritas France. Eight years later, he left to become the Director of Client Services, Bank Insurance. He has also worked in New Business Development at Experian.
Auvray stated, “My objective is to continue developing alternative ways of financing advertisers’ media campaigns by allowing them to use assets to partially-fund their media expenditures.”
Auvray will work in close collaboration with the IPG Mediabrands’ teams, but also with the French media market.
