Orion Honored with Global Community Award

Orion was honored with the Global Community Award by the Montego Bay High School Alumnae Association of New York Incorporated (MBHSAA-NY) on September 18, 2015 at their 2015 Reception to celebrate Reverend Rose Hudson-Wilkin in New York. The award was presented to. Jason Clancy, SVP Global Marketing & Intelligence, by Sheron Wiltshire, MBHSAA NY Advisory Board Co-Chair, in recognition of support that Orion has provided for the organization via our charitable program Orion Gives Back.
“We are truly thankful to Orion for supporting me and for being a sponsor for our fund-raising efforts once again. About two years ago Orion also supported us as we raised funds and assisted in the purchase of a bus for the school. This year’s goal is to raise $50,000 to assist the school to build a study room for the newly reinstated 6th form classes and with the generous support of Orion and others, we are closer to our goal. MBHSAA of NY hosted three successful events fund raising events over the week-end, starting with Friday’s reception where we celebrated our distinguished alumna, Reverend Rose Hudson-Wilkin, Chaplain to the Queen of England and to the House of Commons. We had a sold out Benefit-Ball on Saturday and a wonderful climax to our week-end at our Sunday farewell brunch.
